Having been based in Westbourne Grove for over 19 years we have excellent knowledge of local contractors and tradesmen, making us ideally suited to taking the strain out of anything from minor repairs and emergencies to full scale refurbishments.

The day-to-day management is handled by our experienced staff & we offer 24 hour emergency cover to deal with every eventuality.

Block Management

Westbourne Estates ensure your Company or Residents Association perform all obligations and will manage your building in such a way that residents will appreciate, and others will admire.

We manage the statutory requirements governing planned renovations and provide advice on meeting the latest health and safety obligations whether your building is 2 or 50 flats. 

The unexpected does occur from time to time and we are always on hand to arrange workmen and repairs and resolve the issue.  

We will take care of your block in a clear and efficient manner, dealing as we do with Management Companies and Residents Associations alike.  We engage in the preparation of service charge demands to the provision of unaudited accounts and Company Secretarial services, attending AGMs, financial management and ground rent collection.
